A Little About Me…

I love to be outside and I love to take photographs, so most of my designs are inspired by nature. One of the most beautiful places on earth is the Rangeley Lakes Region of western Maine. We have a cabin along the shore of this tiny treasure called Loon Lake.

When I’m not on Loon Lake, I live at home in Crofton, Maryland, with my husband, three kids and two dogs.

Coos Canyon

There are so many lakes and rivers in Western Maine. This river canyon, fed by frigid glacial waters, has been carved into unique curves and swirls, and has lots of waterfalls along the way. We love to swim and explore here.

Baxter and Charlie

My dogs are the subject of many of my photos, especially when we are in beautiful places. Here we were hiking up Saddleback Mountain in Rangeley through fields of lupine.

Canoeing on Cow Pond

We can hike to this little pond a mile or two from our cabin on Loon Lake. This beautiful pond is isolated and wild, and so peaceful. It is called Cow Pond because moose can be spotted here, along with loons, great blue herons, frogs, and endless other wildlife.

Across The Bay 10K

I enjoy running, and one of my favorite races is over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge at home in Maryland. It is the only time pedestrians are allowed on the bridge. Four miles is of this 10K is over the water on this cool span. A great view!
